Winter Snow Cures Web Site


Thursday's snowfall in Richmond, Virginia was deep enough to have all state offices closed but didn't
cut off electricity or internet connection at the home of the Ram Page '64.  With the day off, I was able
to contact the host server's live help department about getting the web site running right again.  They
had me upload all the files to their server as a single zip file.  The size of the file was 21 megabytes.

They then unzipped the archive and proceeded to publish it over their internal network.  Even using their
internal servers it took two and a half hours to fully publish the site.  That did the trick!  The site is back
in full operation.
