Nancy and I hiked for a while on the Ridge Trail in the winter bare woods on the top of Massanutten Mountain.  We took 3 of the Grandsons up for a weekend of skiing and snowboarding and spent the rest of the week enjoying the clean mountain air.  No, I did not get on skis this time, so I'm walking just fine this week.
